Refund Policy

This policy explains general refund expectations for BloomTech digital services and project work.

1. Digital service work

BloomTech provides digital services such as design, development, hosting, software setup and automation. Because these services involve time, planning and custom work, refunds are handled based on project stage and written agreement.

2. Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure project time and begin planning, design or development. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Completed work

Payments for completed or delivered work are generally non-refundable. If concerns arise, BloomTech will aim to resolve them through reasonable revisions or support within the agreed scope.

4. Hosting and subscriptions

Hosting, maintenance or subscription services may have their own billing and cancellation terms. These will be explained in the relevant agreement or invoice.
