Service Agreement

1. Project scope

Every project should have an agreed scope outlining deliverables, features, pages, timelines, payment terms and responsibilities. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, brand materials, access credentials and feedback within reasonable timelines.

3. BloomTech responsibilities

BloomTech is responsible for delivering agreed services with care, professional communication and reasonable technical standards based on the approved project scope.

4. Timelines

Project timelines depend on scope, feedback, content readiness, technical complexity and third-party services. Delays in client feedback or required materials may affect delivery dates.

5. Revisions

Revisions should remain within the agreed scope. Major changes, additional features or new direction changes may be quoted separately.

6. Hosting and maintenance

Hosting, maintenance, updates and support may be offered as separate services unless included in the original project agreement.
